About Austin Kosater

I am Austin M. Kosater, a freshman at Johnson & Wales University Charlotte Campus, majoring in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.  Mygoal is to graduate in the year 2013 with a Bachelors Degree, then going on to work around the country and eventually own my own restaurant on the ocean. With my education from JWU, I hope to become a successful Chef and perhaps a Chef Instructor back at JWU.  After finding a stable career I plan on starting a family and share my success with the people I love.
